Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required when service is booked. Full payment is due 7 days before requested service.
Payment details will be forwarded to client after confirmation of booking.

Cancellation up to 5 days before the start of requested service, full refund.
Cancellation up to 72 hours before the start of requested service, 50% penalty.
Cancellation within 72 hours from the start of requested service, 100% penalty.

If passenger fails to show at designated time and location, the service will be fully charged.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle or event that will require special cleaning, caused during the service by them or any members of their party. Smoking and drinking are not permitted in any of our vehicles.

Access on board may be refused to passengers effected by drunkenness or drugs for the safety of the vehicle, other passengers and Driver. No refund will be available in these cases.

In case of not declared excessive luggage that could overload the vehicle making it unsafe and illegal, we may deny access on board. No refunds will be made in these circumstances.

Maximum 10 minutes free waiting time for any non-airport transfer. Additional waiting time will cost € 1,50 per minute.

Waiting charges shall be applied at any additional Stop requested during small/medium or long Transfers. We are happy to stop for comfort breaks of 15 minutes or less during medium or long transfers, but for longer stops, we will charge our current standard rate every 30 minutes: € 45 + Vat (10%).

Airports: Unless previous special agreements, 60 minutes waiting time from ETA will be granted free of charge.
Train Station: Unless previous special agreements, 30 minutes waiting time from ETA will be allowed free of charge.

Michelle Travel Italy is not responsible for any delay or forced termination of service caused by unsafe road and/or weather conditions.
Michelle Travel Italy is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown.
